What is skull caps?

Skull caps, also known as beanies, are headcoverings that fit closely to the head. They are typically made from knitted wool or other materials that provide warmth during cold weather. Skull caps can be worn to keep the head and ears warm, or as a fashion accessory. They come in many styles and colors and can be worn by both men and women. Some skull caps are designed to cover only the top of the head, while others are longer and can cover the ears as well. In certain cultures and religious traditions, skull caps are worn for cultural or religious reasons, such as the yarmulke worn by some Jewish men.
